A flat rate of $480 per annum to be granted to all officers.

OVERTIME ALLOWANCES.

It is requested that the present rate of overtime allowances paid to

surveyors, i.e. $5.00 per hour be increased to $7.50.

SERVICE FOR PENSION.

In view of the commatively advanced age of officers on joining the service it is suggested that an additional period of 10 years be added to the service counting for pension purposes of surveyors who re on reaching the age limit or after 20 years service.
